I purchased this item for my wife's car. It did not ship within five days and I was beginning to be concerned. I did some research and called Tadi Brothers. Tamir explained to me they were having a problem with their shipment from Asia. He offered to refund my money, but it was such a good deal I decided to wait. Another week went by and every time I checked with Tamir he explained what was going on (the shipment got stuck in customs) and he offered a full refund. He finally gave me his actual tracking number on the shipment from Asia and when I checked, UPS actually showed it as being held up by customs. It took almost 3 weeks but I finally got the item. Tamir was friendly and responsive every time I emailed him. Though it took longer than expected, Tadi brothers did well in a situation they had no control over and I appreciated them not only offering a refund, but shooting straight with me about what was going on.
As far as the item goes, it is excellent quality. We have it run so that we can hear it through our car's main speakers, but if my wife and I want to listen to something else up front, the unit has small speakers housed near the monitor so my kids can still listen in back w/o headphones while we use the radio.
It plays every type of format imaginable (divx, burned discs, etc) and has a huge nice looking screen. No dead pixels and a very nice bright vibrant image. You can pick up tv stations with the included antenna (which means I can watch the game while the wife and kids are shopping in the mall) and it also has auxillary inputs to hook up a gaming system to. The only negative I will say is the inputs are not housed in the body of the unit, but dangle out the back which isn't the most attractive, but if you aren't going to use the aux inputs they could be hidden under the mount when installed.
I love this unit and since we just bought a new car w/o a player, I am going to buy it again.

I expected this to look grainy and have a cheap feel. Not only was it not difficult to install but the TV part actually works, which my wife found to be a wonderful extra. The DVD's look great, better than expected. The price was great and I got more than expected. It plays all my DVD copies and cost way less than my prior 8" player.

I bought this before a roadtrip with the kids and all I can say is THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! They left me alone and watched their movies. Really it was a life saver. They use it in the morning on the way to school now too. My wife is still thanking me for this purchase.

I Received this product last week and it is great. Easy to install and use and have no problems with the device. Great quality. I searched for this product at other sites and this had the best price. I will buy from them again.

We recently purchased a flip down tv/dvd from Tadi Bros. thru Amazon.com. The unit was advertised as including an antenna. There was no antenna with the unit. I called the Tadi Bros. customer service number and got a recording. I left a message explaining the problem and have not had a response in 4 days. There also was no warranty information with the unit so I guess if there is a problem we are just out $400.00. Some internet sellers only want to sell product and offer no customer service or just ignore calls they do get. Unit going in a $200,000.00 boat and if there is a problem customer will want it fixed asap. Buyers beware
