Not what was pictured November 14, 2008

This background shipped late and I had to call to get shipping upgraded to next day air. It looks nothing like the above image. In the picture above the bubbles blend with each other and overlap, the background I received does not blend together whatsoever, it looks like my three year old painted random dots on a tarp. Since there is no blending it does not look like a holiday background whatsoever. I am extremely diappointed.
