The puzzle includes a full color poster of the same picture (this is the "diagram" mentioned on the box). I gave this as a gift and the recipient was particulary impressed with the larger puzzle pieces -- which made them easy to see and to handle -- and the vivid colors in the beautiful image. It's harder than the larger pieces might make it seem, but not so hard as to be frustrating. A nice gift for yourself or someone else.
