From the supplier: The Computer Museum in Boston, MA offers an innovative family-oriented workshop which enables participants to assemble their own robot. The workshop is part of Computer Museum's continuing efforts to foster technological literacy both among school-age children and their parents. There are now some 60 interactive exhibits at the museum that introduce visitors to microcomputers, computer graphics, robotics, artificial intelligence and other subjects. The robotics kits used for the workshop are OWI's easily-assembled Medusa, a four-legged model, and Peppy, a robot that runs on three wheels. The workshop has proven itself a success, and has spurred the development of similar programs.
