CELEBRATIONS LIGHTING 34070-73 HALLOWEEN WINDOW DRAPE LIGHTS 50 LIGHT SET
The product was pictured and advertised with 36" length but what was in the boxes was only 18" long. It took several tries but a manager finally got involved and agreed to pay for the shipping to return the product. It seems the factory simply put the wrong product in the box. I am waiting for a full refund but they have assured me it will happen as soon as they receive the defective lights.
