In contrast to the complaints of the previous reviewer, mine arrived quickly and nicely packaged. All the contents came in plastic bags and the instructions were clear, albiet brief. The bracket is made of what appears to be aluminum alloy and was very easy to put together; it took me about 15 minutes total to assemble and install on the wall (I had laid out the cables and located a wall stud to mount it on beforehand).

The attachment bracket alighned perfectly to the TV's VESA 100 holes and four screws that came with it were the right size. The swing arms move smoothly and stays in alignment throughout the unit's entire range of motion (the TV is a 19" LCD and weighs about 21 pounds). My only suggestion is to apply some silicon grease to the hinge contact points during assembly to prvent possible binding when you move the position of the TV -- after all, you are are supporting and pivoting a fair amount of weight.

The Cheetah turned out to be a nice suprise because it is a well made and a huge bargain at $13. This is especially true when you consider that others similar to it sell for 3 to 5 times more.

sorry to hear about the previous reviewers problems, but I had no problems all the screws fit together like they were supposed to and everything went nicely, Screws were all in one bag and even even had two size VESA screws for different size tvs I guess , the smaller one fit mine, found a stud in the wall and mounted a 19" Insignia in the kitchen. only thing I should have got Black instead of Silver. Great Product for the price. Wal Mart wanted 60 some odd dollars for basically the same thing.

BEWARE! This mount is a piece of junk. I received the box and when I opened it parts and pieces just fell out everywhere. The plastic bags containing nuts and bolts were open and they were just loose in the box along with the pieces that DIDN'T FIT TOGETHER. I finally got the junk somewhat looking like a wall mount and when I went to fit the pieces onto my monitor the screws provided DIDN'T fit and weren't even the same!! I'm so upset and this is just a waste of $20. For another $10 go get something nice sold by AMAZON and not this company. I emailed to express this was unsatisfactory and they replied by saying, "please read the return policy, 30% restock fee." I'm embarrassed for this company and how they treat people that buy their crap. Thanks, now it would cost more to send it back rather than just keep it. So I guess I'll find something cool to do with at least the parts since they don't work together.
