I bought my Cadco convection oven seven months ago and the gasket around the door already broke off. The interior is not large enough to fit a regular sized cookie sheet. It's a pain in the neck to clean. You need to scrub really hard with steel wool to get the grease off. It's stainless steel and the company says not to use caustic products, so I stuck with steel wool. The main reason I bought it was because of the high reviews it got on Amazon. If anyone had been truthful and mentioned how long it takes to clean the darn thing, I never would have bought it. Read this review before you pay all that money for it!
