Ordered Product and received in timely manner. Works like a charm, but setup for multiple intercoms is a bit tricky. But overall easy installation and good sound quality over all. Set up with 4 intercoms around my house.

We purchased this product (doorbell plus intercom) as well as an extra intercom unit. It works ok - the white unit mounts on 2-4 screws and needs only batteries to serve as the doorbell/outside microphone & speaker. You press hidden buttons on the interior of each unit to "synchronize" the white transmitter with each of the black intercoms you have, and you need to read the manual and be marginally tech capable to do this, but it takes about 90 seconds and a screwdriver. Get your neighborhood 15 year old computer junkie to help if you aren't tech savvy.

When someone presses the doorbell button on the white unit, the black intercoms sound a doorbell chime, and if you press the receive button on a black interom unit, it then lets you talk to the person at the front door (when you hold a talk button) and listens to them (voice activated). [and you can decide if you want to donate/be surveyed/buy their magazine or talk to your neighbor] If you press two buttons to cancel it, it turns the doorbell transmission off. The intercom unit runs on batteries or the included AC adapter and is the size of a paperback; you can move it around the house/backyard with you easily.

It works fine for the low price, but read the manual for the setup process, and don't expect a clear, high-rise caliber intercom system, but acoustic something more akin to a speakerphone.

I am not the owner of the company and have no stock or stake in the company, what I am about to tell you is 100% true. I read several reviews and even called a few dealers and heard only good things about this product. The sound is very clear, it is easy to install (about 15 min each) and works exactly as promised. I even bought 2 of the flush mounted intercoms and they work great also. I paid about $220.00 for all four units, with tax and shipping. Only problem is that I had a hard time making them all work together but after I called their free 1-800 number (included in the directions) they walked me through the process, they have worked perfectly ever since. The only thing I am not sure of is the battery life, they promised 6 months to 1 year and we will see (only had them for a month so far), if the batteries last as they promise then this would be the best wireless intercom product in the world in my opion. I did check out the Westinghouse competing product before and was VERY UN-happy.
