I have looked all over town for a workout short that was longer than the little skimmpy shorts made for juniors. These shorts fall about 1-2 inches above the knee and hold "everything" in. They are very comfortable and seem very well made. There is also no label in the waste band. I will probably buy a couple more so that I am ready for summer months.

As a tall woman (a hair over 6 feet tall) I find that many work out shorts are created for short people and hence show too much of my upper thigh. The 9" champion short is a great length for statuesque ladies.

Something else I particularly appreciate is that the waist isn't "low rise" but rather sits high, close to my natural waist. Even when I was 19 and had a gorgeous six-pack for a stomach, I didn't want the whole world to see it. Now that I am a few *cough, cough* years older than that, I definitely like that these shorts cover my navel.

A good product at a good price (although, New York Lingerie often doesn't ship the purchases 'til a few days after you purchase them at amazon -- states clearly on the page, no surprises -- and then shipping can take 5 days, so you won't be receiving them in a hurry).

Love the fact that these are cotton-rich! They're very comfortable, and the slightly longer length is wonderful.

these shorts are execellent. they keep you warm and dry. i can't imagine doing my workout without them now. i love them. they dont ride up and they stay in place. finally a short that i can feel confident in. they are not too long and hits just above the knee. would highly recommend.

These are my favorite cotton blend compression shorts. They are supportive and work well for weight-lifting, biking and walking without riding up at the legs or down in the back. They are true to size and wash well.
