I bought this exerciser after reading all of the reviews. Within 10 minutes I was able to get the gyroscope spinning nicely and consistently. I saw how beneficial the PowerBall could be, after a couple days it actually seemed to help my tennis elbow a lot. My son also was able to easily get it going. Then, for no reason (I didn't drop it, get it dirty, do anything differently) neither of us could get it spinning again. I bought another PowerBall, the more expensive version, thinking that perhaps it would be hardier. The exact same thing happened. It worked for a couple of days, and then, no matter what we do, we cannot get it going again. We were super careful with it, only using it by the desk, always putting it back in its packaging when we weren't using it, we didn't drop it or get it dirty, it just does not work. I'm disappointed, because I saw the value of using this device. I wonder if other people have had my same experience. I did not do anything to cause this, it must be a manufacturing issue, and I doubt buying another would solve my problem.
Works great November 23, 2008 D. Lindsay
Im a bowler and I bought this because my father used to use a gyro just like it 20 years ago and it helped with his strength ad this one does just that it works well and it is well built.
Dynaflex Pro-Sports Gyro Exerciser - Great Product October 21, 2008 Jeanette H. Selvoski (Bentleyville, PA)
This product is a little hard to learn to use. It is difficult to start the motion. It takes practice, but once you learn it use it, it is fun and I am sure beneficial. I purchased it for my husband. He has problems with his rotator cuff and carpal tunnel.
Doesn't last forever.. October 8, 2008 G.R.M. (Carson, CA USA)
It works okay. It's basically a gyroscope in the form of a ball. When you first use it, the spinning in the ball feels very fluid. However, after regular use, it feels and sounds like there's wear on the inside. It used to be easy to get the spinning started, but now it is more difficult, perhaps because of the wear. Wouldn't recommend this product.

It's ok, don't think it does all that its supposed to, but it is fun to do
