I recently bought a Dell Docking station and found that I needed a PA-10 adaptor in order to make it work with my Dell D-610. On searching the Net I found Dell PA-10 adaptors ranging from $23 to $100+ which was very confusing. I finally decided to take a chance with this adaptor from Cable4Less.

I used expedited shipping- I received an email conformation within 24 hrs that the product had shipped, and the adaptor arrived in 48 hrs. I plugged it in my docking station and voila- no problems.

I am impressed by Cable4less and readily recommend this product. It looks like genuine Dell adaptor- not sure why it sells for $100+ elsewhere.

The seller was Cable4Less. They sent the adapter within a 2-day period. Though they sent a wrong cord type, within the same day of my complaint email, I was contacted by them to understand the problem. They sent the correct cord right away. I was very impressed how soon they followed up with me and took care of the problem with very little inconvenience - a rarity with internet purchases.

I was a little concerned at first because the wattage was a little lower than my original plug, but it works great, at a much better price than from Dell.

I was disappointed with the order processing. The seller ignored my immediate e-mail noting a correction on the shipping address. I called and they said they ignore e-mails. They were rude on the phone and did not address the shipping address correction.

Nonetheless, I eventually received the item.
