The Dickie thermal hoodie I ordered through Amazon from LEADapparel was very well made and of good quality, however they apparently run smaller than most other brands. My husband always needs a size small, but this one was too small. I followed the procedure for returns/credits on December 30, 2008. I promptly received an e-mail telling me that within 72 hours, allowing for weekends and holidays, that I would be provided with return information. This is January 7, 2009, and having allowed for the weekend and holiday, I am still awaiting instructions. My order was shipped when indicated but I am still awaiting the return information.

I was shopping for a hoodie for a lady friend to wear in the coming cool weather and for layering in colder weather. I was looking for function, not the latest fashion trend, and Dickies is synonymus with quality cold weather work wear. Using the sizing charts for comparison I was able to select the right size for a good fit.The jacket looks good on her and she likes to wear it. The sweatshirt is just as pictured on the webpage, with the thermal lining and lined hood. It's a good value and Amazon had stock and shipped it promptly. It's everything I expected and my friend was pleased to get it!
