I purchased the Neptune washing machine five years ago. Since then I have had the wax motor go out, the control panel had to be replaced and the rubber door gasket breeds mold. Maytag has been absolutley horrible to deal with! I found out too late that there is a class action law suit against Maytag for just these problems. Maytag refuses to provide any assistance with my problmes. I will never buy another Maytag product again no matter what. I would have rated the Neptune lower then one star if possible.
