We have had these phones for several years and they are great;the sound, the size, the range, the buttons etc. Unfortunately, this phone which we need to replace one that was broken in a move, doesn't work. I have to return it and can not find my slip ( in the move papers everywhere ). I would get another as soon as I can find the slip to return this one.

The seller's company service was very good. The product shipped on time and was in good working order. The battery shipped with the phone was no good and conuld not be charged. A phone call to the seller was short and efficient and a replacement battery was sent in fast order.

After reading the Amazon customer reviews and ignoring Consumer Reports, I learned my lesson. This phone sounds even worse than my last one if that is possible. The voice quality is terrible and I have had to hang up on several callers because I couldn't understand what they were saying. The answering machine recordings sound like they're under water AND in a cave at the same time!!! How very sad to have wasted money on this product.

The two handsets work just a they are supposed to. In fact, I am surprised at all to the features, and how clear the sound is on them. I am very well pleased with their operation.

Its 2.4Ghz from the phone to the base!!! it will disrupt your wireless equipment. Its simply a blunt lie. look for panasonic if you want true 5.8.
